i am a bad example here because i let myself work out waaaay too much and i think if i was honest about it with the center, they'd be really mad at me :P

monday: circuit cardio class
tuesday: 3-mile jog
wednesday: circuit cardio class
thursday: 3-mile jog
friday: OFF
saturday: circuit cardio class
sunday: OFF
i go easy on myself on the weekends
so, pretty much between four and five hours per week, pretty good balance of cardio and weights... although i should start doing yoga again. hmm.
