What is Your Workout Routine?

What is your workout routine? Mine is 5 days a week of either interval running for 35 minutes or 12 mintues each on the stairmaster, treadmill and then eliptical (total of 36 minutes).
Just curious what works for everyone else!

i am a bad example here because i let myself work out waaaay too much and i think if i was honest about it with the center, they'd be really mad at me :P

here's mine, though....

monday: circuit cardio class
tuesday: 3-mile jog
wednesday: circuit cardio class
thursday: 3-mile jog
friday: OFF
saturday: circuit cardio class
sunday: OFF

i go easy on myself on the weekends :) so, pretty much between four and five hours per week, pretty good balance of cardio and weights... although i should start doing yoga again. hmm.

I do 30 minutes of running/walking on a treadmill 3-4 days a week and also a few minutes of free weights/squats/crunches.

My INTENT is to do 60' of zumba class 3 times a week...or perhaps 2 x zumba 1 x restorative or gentle yoga.....some weeks I make that. Some, like thie week....I don't.

Right now the only thing I do is walk. Sometimes I walk pretty far too. Now that the weather is not so good, I guess I will have to break out the treadmill.. I kind of hate it.. Too boring..

Walking! about 12+ miles per week! while I haven't lost lots of weight, the inches are moving down big time and I have come down 3 pants sizes, so I am continuing with walking UNTIL I get down a little further so as not to cause damage to joints! Also jump on urban rebounder (mini-trampoline) a few times during the week while watching my favorte soap! now that is just fun!

When I first started with MRC (end of July 2009), I was doing a 45-minute water aerobics class on Monday and Wednesday.

On October 3rd, I adopted a Dachshund who loves to go for walks. We try to walk each afternoon for about 30-40 minutes -- about a mile and a half -- unless it's bitter cold or rainy/snowy...because, after all, we're a couple of pansies!

And now I'm almost wondering if that added physical activity hasn't impacted my weight loss -- or lack thereof -- as lately, I'm only dropping 1-2 pounds per week. I'm going to WI in about an hour, so I think I'll ask.

I run 12-16 miles a week, 4 - 5 miles at a time 3 to 4 times a week. I do weight training on the machines 2x week and on those days I will do a few minutes of the stairmaster or elliptical. Been running now for 7 months straight now and just love it...
