I hate to say this, I eat so much chicken, turkey & fish that on the weekends I splurge and go for the lean sirloin and seafood. I went to Outback last night and ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer for a meal, it was so fantastic. I had a salad to start out with, then had the tuna as my protein. It certianly took care of my craving for something different. On the multi-vitamin, I am taking Total Woman multi-vitamin and they have me taking it one tablet in the am and one with my lunch supplements. But they did tell me if your taking an over the counter multi-vitamin, take the according to the instructions on the bottle. Good luck and Huggers to everyone, hang in there.
