Feel So Much Better!!

I want to thank everyone for all their super support :hug:. I feel so much better. I am taking my time with my supplements. Just taking 2 flax each meal, mulit 1 each meal. Quote:

are you supposed to take a multi at each meal or once a day? i'm only taking mine once a day right now....?? i'm getting that way with chicken and tuna so i finally just cratered and got the rest of my turkey out of the freezer. it's all the dark meat but since it's higher in fat content i just skip the flax with dinner and hope it's not hurting anything... i have to eat what i have and dark meat turkey has GOT to be better than mcnuggets.... |

I hate to say this, I eat so much chicken, turkey & fish that on the weekends I splurge and go for the lean sirloin and seafood. I went to Outback last night and ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer for a meal, it was so fantastic. I had a salad to start out with, then had the tuna as my protein. It certianly took care of my craving for something different. On the multi-vitamin, I am taking Total Woman multi-vitamin and they have me taking it one tablet in the am and one with my lunch supplements. But they did tell me if your taking an over the counter multi-vitamin, take the according to the instructions on the bottle. Good luck and Huggers to everyone, hang in there. :hug:
