Default Quick Questions about the Blue Menu.

Before I head off to the gym, I wanted to see if anyone could tell me the difference between the yellow and blue menus? I have the yellow one (my mom sent it to me a few months ago, along with the the shopping list) but I never got the following menus. I am doing the MRC diet on my own - with help from ya'll of course , and I've got the PD's from Diet Direct, and ALL the supplements as well... And I am down a total of 11 lbs since Monday - so its working! YAY ME!

Your protein changes from 6oz to 4oz and you can only have cottage cheese/eggs for lunch 2X a week. I think that's right but I don't have the menu in front of me so someone please correct me if I'm wrong. And your HNS max goes down to 4.

Thanks!

I figured it was essentially the same, but I wanted to make sure before I went grocery shopping today. I am just amazed at how fast the weight is coming off... If it weren't happening to me, I'd probably not believe it!

There are 4. If you're over 200 lbs you start on the beige menu, and move to the green when you get right around 200. If you're under 200, you start on yellow (4 days), then blue (6 days) then on to the green menu for the duration until you start stabilization.
I think the big difference between beige & green is that you get a little more protein with each meal.

I walked in at 196 and they put me right on the green menu. Any ideas why? I have 50 pounds to lose.

Gosh, I don't even recall the blue menu at all, must be old age, lol. So how is the blue menu different from the green menu?
