Default Desperation is seeping in!!!

Hi all,

Ok, I have tried for about a week to find the yellow menu, I have the green menu but want to start with the yellow. I need to get back on track and am having no luck. I have ordered HNS from dietdirect and am chopping at the bit to get going. I know there are constant requests for menu's, I can give anyone the green menu in exchange for the yellow, PLEASE

Please don't let not finding the yellow menu keep you from starting the program. I started with MRC just after Christmas and the only menus I have heard of and have are the beige and the green menu. You sound as though if you don't have the yellow menu you won't try anything else. If someone had it I am sure they would have responded as I constantly see requests for the green or beige menu and people always respond.

yes, I am not aware of the yellow menu either, but I do have the beige (for over 200 lbs). Please let me know if that would help, as I have it in a pdf format. okay?

Yellow Menu: BREAKFAST
1 HNS clear
Protein: 1 oz hard cheese
Fruit: 1/2 small orange
Starch: 40 calories lite bread or Melba
MID-MORNING SNACK 1 HNS clear
LUNCH
1 HNS clear
Protein: 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese or 2 oz hard cheese
Salad: 8 oz salad veggies with 2 t Olive oil and cider vinegar
MID-AFTERNOON SNACK 1 HNS clear
DINNER
Protein: 4 oz white chicken, turkey, fish or water packed tuna (may have beef once)
Salad: 4 oz salad veggies
Vegetables: 4 oz cooked veggies
Starch: 40 calories lite bread or Melba
EVENING SNACK 1 HNS clear

Instructions at top are the same as Green menu I think, 64 + oz water, vitamins, EFAs.

Thank you so much, I knew there were slight differences between the green and yellow. I do this one for 11 days right?

Thank you all for your response to my post, I know that I could have started without the yellow menu, but there are some slight difference between green and yellow. I just wanted to do it right and give myself the best chance of getting this weight off again.

They had me do yellow for days 1-4, now I'm on blue for days 5-10 and then I will be on green.

Gosh I don't even remember the blue menu, lol must be my age. What is the major difference between the blue and green? I've read the amount of protein and you can only have cheese at lunch. If anyone has the blue menu, I would appreciate. If I can collect all the menu's, I think I will post a thread call, "get you menu's here" and post all the menu's in one place. It seems this is a constant theme, people looking for menus.
