The plan is basically replacing 2 meals out of the day with a shake for one meal and a bar for another meal. And HNS with each meal
Then a regular dinner, like what is on the green or brown menu.
I have noticed i'm getting sick of the shakes for lunches, however i can't wait to eat a normal breakfast and lunch, so i think this is a good thing to do when you are feeling like you are getting sick of your choices. When you do something like this, everything on plan sounds awsome..
