Meta Quick?

So I have been stuck at 30 LBS for the past few weeks.. I"m at 202 right now and have been going between 202 and 204. Yesterday at the center they gave me the Meta Quick plan. They were saying that sometimes weight loss comes to a halt when trying to get out of the 200's and into the 100's and that sometimes its more an emotional resistance your body has, verses a physiologiy... Dosen't really make sense to me that in my head i want to stay at 200 Lbs, but something is happening to stall me... ( Could be the few BLT on occasion...)
Anyway I started it yesterday and its AWSOME. I wasn't hungry all day and it re-motivitated me to stay away from all the BLT's
The lady at the center told me that a lot of women do the Meta Quick every month when they are on their period.. I am just wondering if anyone does this? And any one who has tried the Meta Quick, how much do you loose when you go on it? I am worried that once i go back to my green menu and eat 3 meals a day again that i will gain... Any Suggestions? Is it really ok to do it one week out of every month?
The shake is so yummy, i make the Chocolate shake, add a wildberry HNS with the fiber.. MMMM chocolate berry shake...

What exactly is the MetaQuick plan? What do you eat on it?

I do the metaquick every once in awhile. I usually do a meal bar in the morning then a shake for lunch. I do it for 3 days then the following week I do it for 3 days. I have never gained weight after taking it. You'll have great success!!!

I've never done Metaquick - my center doesn't recommend it. However, from what a lot of people have said here, the actual loss comes AFTER you go back to your green (or beige) menu. It just shakes up your system a little.

What is this plan?????

My center told me I could do it 7 days a month. Either as little as 2 days in a row or all 7 at once. I usually do 2 or 3 and it keeps me stable when I know I have a big weekend coming up.
You eat a meal replacement bar or a drink a meal replacement shake in AM. with your HNS. Nothing else
You do the same for lunch with HNS BUT you can have your veggies if you want them.
Dinner is a normal OP dinner.

Someone, please tell us what the plan is.

The plan is basically replacing 2 meals out of the day with a shake for one meal and a bar for another meal. And HNS with each meal
Then a regular dinner, like what is on the green or brown menu.

I have noticed i'm getting sick of the shakes for lunches, however i can't wait to eat a normal breakfast and lunch, so i think this is a good thing to do when you are feeling like you are getting sick of your choices. When you do something like this, everything on plan sounds awsome..

Thanks for letting us know. I will have to check and see if my center promotes this program. I sure could use the help around that TOM.
