Well I just came back from my consultation and I couldnt be more excited to get started. It all seems kind of daunting at first but I know I will do just fine. Even thought the price of everything wasnt exactly what I expected (they got me good on the vitamins and such) I know that its all for a good cause!

Thanks for all the warm welcomes as I begin this journey! I look forward to posting all my losses..maybe a few gains..but mostly losses!! :D

But I have not been taking anything but flax, msm,a vitamin, and b-50 for about 6 weeks. So I guess time will tell. I used to take all-day weight loss but I stopped. Maybe that is why me weight loss slowed down.

Thank you for your reply you have been the person who has relpy to any of my question. Thank you again. Take care

Hello everyone. I have been sooo busy and not very much OP, so I have been out of touch. As of last Friday, I was still maintaining the 172.5, but I am a little disappointed in myself. I don;t think I can hold it for the next 3 weekend out of town trips. I admire you ladies who can go out of town and not cheat. But I am going on pleasure trips and that is what I like to do out of town- eat and drink. Oh well. I will hop back on plan as soon as I can and try to be god Mon-Fri!

On another note:Finz You look fabulous!!!!!!!

JSTUCKLY way to go on even getting close to being in a size 6!!!

I sure would love to see an updated photo. (I can say that now that mine is updated.)

I suppose that's a fair request since I was poking you for a new photo not too long ago. I don't have a camera, but I'll work on finding one. Very cool on the shoes, btw! I haven't lost a shoe size, but I do feel like my feet have gotten smaller in the last few months.

I had one them great things just happen

I had to get new slacks for work, I picked out a lot of sizes 9's and 8's. so I go in the dressing room and try the 9's 1st and after I put on I seen they where a little tight but I could get them on and everything. So my 1st thought was WTF I lost so much wight and 9's don't fit. I looked at the size and they where 6's, yes I said 6!!!!!!

That was really really nice I went with the 8's they look great also it was nice I could put 6's on!!!!!

Hope everyone has a great OP day!!!!!!!!!

That is awesome!

So Grad where in TX are you? We are looking at a possible move to Houston:dizzy: Why I would leave Colorado for TX Still not sure. Guess Job security in today's economy is a lot. I did notice there are no centers in Houston:devil: Not sure why. Guess we will see what time brings. Luckily I should be on stabilization then so that will help.

I am about an hour northwest of Houston. I wouldn't want to leave Colorado for Houston, either, but Houston does have its perks: 1) Cost of living is a bargain compared to every other major city in America; 2) Shopping malls...everywhere!; 3) Amazing restaurants--any kind of food you could want you can find in Houston; and 4) Houston Intercontinental Airport--if you can't get there from IAH, you probably don't want to go. But back to MRC--I think the closest one is in either Temple or Waco, but neither of those are quick trips. You would probably want to maintain a mail order relationship with your exisiting center if you decide to move down here.

I just had my weigh in today (Monday), and I've lost 4 lbs. since Friday! I know that seems like it must be water, but the previous week was lower than normal (1.5 lbs.), so I'm thinking at least some of it might be a real loss. I'm in one size smaller of jeans than when I started (beginning of August). Talk about motivating. I've also been able to add some clothes from my boxes of "too small" stuff back into my closet. It's a lot easier to follow the program when the results are so motivating. I do hope the next time I go back the 4 lbs. wasn't just a fluke, though.

Sugar free DaVinci syrups

Does anyone know if we are allowed to have these?

Good morning everyone,

I’ve been reading to keep up on the posts but haven’t had much time to could post. I thought I’d do a quick flyby today because I leave town tomorrow for a trip to the Black Hills. I’ll be staying with family and I’ve already given them a heads up that I’m on this plan so I may be cooking my own food. They aren’t really snackers, which is good, but my sister-in-law makes the best chocolate chip cookies ever so I’ll have try to look the other way!

Welcome to all the new folks. You’ll find so much information and support here. Also congrats on all the losses!!! Everyone’s doing great.

Finz, your new picture is awesome! You are a real inspiration!

I made it to WI yesterday and am down 2lb so that is a good start for the week. My goal when I weigh in next Monday is to sign the 20lb board which is only 1.5 away so hopefully, that will be my motivation to stay OP during my trip.

I've been using one in my smoothies since I can't have fruit at breakfast. Not sure if there's a limit to how much or how often though.

Hello Everyone, I haven't posted in a while...just been lurking around and reading what everyone else has to say. I weighed this morning at 185.5! Thats 14.5lbs lost! I'm super excited! I've already signed the 10lb board, I can't wait to sign the 20lb board. I've never lost more than 15lbs in one "try." (if that makes sense) I haven't cheated even one time since I started at the beginning of September! I can't believe it!

I recently found out that one of my friends is pregnant and we are going to the Melting Pot here in KC to celebrate. Its sort of a fondue type place. Will I be ok there? Does anyone know? I just don't want to ruin everything that I've worked so hard for! I've been avoiding going out to eat since I started. I've only been once for my birthday and thats it, and I don't want to bail on this one! Thanks for all your guys' help and support!
