Way to go ShineOn. I think you were in the crockpot cooking class today. If so I remember you and you do look awesome. Also to everyone I will be posting some recipes from the cooking class that I attended today. They were so YUMMY!

Jazzika:

You got a lot of takers on your ad.
I am also interested in buying some HNS from you if you have any leftover from the previous posters.

Let me know if you have any left.

Thanks!

Josey

hello all,
I had a decent weekend. Had my neices birthday party here at the house and did OK. I did have a bite of granola! but, stayed away from the cupcakes and peanut butter bread that I made for the party.

I didn't lose any weight since Thursday, but I think that it is because I ate out 2 times and the extra salt killed me. I felt bloated. I don't think I drank enough either. I normally get 5 Liters, but only got 3 each day over the weekend. The good news is that I went out, had a party, and lived life and still did NOT gain any weight!!! wooo-hooo.

For those of you that went to a Crock-pot class....anything that a family can eat? I really hate making more than one meal. I rarely do it, but am in need of more recipes that are family friendly.

well, on this VERY cold, snowy day, I went to WI and they did a body comp also -- so 2-1/2 months on program and I'm down 33-1/2# and have lost 43-3/4", averaging 2.9 per week and right on track to be done in the 24 weeks I signed up for (plus I got 4 weeks free for some promotion they were doikng). I'm so happy and really never imagined it would be so successful, so consistent and that I would feel soooooooo much better -- woo hoo!

welcome to the new people!

Deb,
Congrats! What is the 4 week free promotion? I didn't hear anything about it.

Are you going to cooking class tomorrow night?

Yes - Walden Farms is ok as per my center. Ask your center though to make sure it's ok with them. How long have you been on plan? Welcome to the board!

Great job dkmd27! Was the change from Metaslim plus to metaslim a big deal for you? Did you lose more after?

My center also OKs (even encourages) the walden farms products. I just happen not to be too crazy about them.

Ok, the Walden Farms website says they have calorie free peanut butter. I don't understand. It says it has peanuts in it. How do you make anything with peanuts and not have any calories? What is in this stuff? Anyone know?
