Day 3 Medifast

  • Well this is my 3rd attempt to go at medifast full strength and this is my 3rd day.
    The mornings and evening seem to be the hardest. I have been eating the turkey meatball marinara at my lean and green Monday and Tuesday. I will have it again tonight.
    My calorie intake is about 900 calories. I am only drinking water and averaging about 76 ounces a day.
    Everything I have read is water is key! The last few times I was drinking 2-3 diet sodas a day. That has been eliminated and I have not used any "mio's" in the water. For dinner I add sliced lemon to my water.

    I have seen first hand that medifast works. I know if it was easy everyone would be doing it. I hope I can stay the course.

    I will be starting again soon. My order is being placed tomorrow. Yes, I was drinking one diet soda some days, but I've decided I'm addicted to salt... that's why this plan is good for me. I lost 15 pounds in two weeks the last time I was on plan. Hopefully it will be just as good this time.
