Hi Happy, and congratulations on starting MF. I started on Jan. 1, 2015 and have lost almost 50 pounds so far (232 to 184). I love the soups now that I learned how to prepare them. I highly recommend that you get a little Crock Pot (lunch box sized). I got mine from Amazon and I use it everyday to make the soups, chili, sloppy joe, etc. It will not cook immediately like the microwave, so I just plug it in in the mornings, and by lunchtime, my meal is ready.
