I always have at least 1 bar in my purse, and I've started keeping some shake packets at work, too. I bought a nice shaker jar, and I leave the Medifast freebie shaker jar at work.

I've seen the idea to use an over the door shoe organizer, and also to separate them out so you have 5 meals per ziploc baggie. Anything else that works for you?

Thanks!
Hi! I would suggest putting your 5 PCMRs in ziploc bags. This keeps them from becoming torn, or lost in large purses / briefcases. I do this every night and it helps me to get to sleep easier, knowing my meals for the next day are ready to go! Also, keep a food journal; it really helps with accountability, eating every 3 hours, and helps you track your progress. If you do not lose as much as you'd like one week, refer back to the journal and see if you can pinpoint where you got off track. Log your water, vitamins, and even add a few sentences about how your day went; that way you can get begin to recognize what emotional triggers may cause you to want to eat, and learn how to plan ahead / stratagize ways to deal with them and still stay on plan. Best wishes for awesome weight loss / health gain success!!!
