
I have 4 weeks of food, lean and green menus, and water water water everywhere.
The great thing about this plan so far is the structure. I love that it doesn't take much thought.
I am doing it 100% ...no substitutes .
I do have one question I have not been able to find the answer for........
Is V8 allowed? Or is the sodium too high?



The first few days can be hard, but just get through them! Once your body adjusts, you'll feel much better!
