My George foreman grill is my best friend...I throw on a chicken breast or steak, or Turkey burger, or salmon and some mushrooms, and/or squash. Or boil some broccoli or cauliflower. Or fix a salad.
My easiest, quickest, favorite dinner is a large salad of Romaine and a 7 oz package of Tuna. Add 4 TBS of light Balsamic dressing...dinner done. Very tasty and very filling.
