Dinner Ideas for MF?
 

This is my first week on Medifast. I'm taking it one day at a time i'm not thinkin about tomorrow or the next day. Thinking ahead is what got me in trouble.


But I need some ideas?:carrot:

My George foreman grill is my best friend...I throw on a chicken breast or steak, or Turkey burger, or salmon and some mushrooms, and/or squash. Or boil some broccoli or cauliflower. Or fix a salad.


My easiest, quickest, favorite dinner is a large salad of Romaine and a 7 oz package of Tuna. Add 4 TBS of light Balsamic dressing...dinner done. Very tasty and very filling.

I was suppose to get a new George Forman Grill for Christmas but I guess my friend my is having financial problems. Which one do you have? I'm going out to buy one today.

Check ebay. There is a small one on there for $3 plus $2 shipping right now. Ends in 7 hours.
