Vbevens: Funny I was in Lyon at the same period! Congrats on the 12 poubds loss. that's funny, you , Andrea and I started at about the same time and we all have lost between 12-13 pounds in 3 weeks

My cheating incident costed me a +1.6 pound this morning... Oh well, i deserve it!

oshvay, we posted at the same time, I missed your info. Thanks for the great advice on the flavors! I am going to go to the website you left!!

Have you tried the sugar free walden salad dressings?? They look really low!

Hey... I have a ticker!!! Wooohooo

Just checking in with my chickies and a quick funny to share.

I had to attend a dreaded staff meeting after school today. I took along a MF Chocolate Bar, however I took it out of the wrapper before I got there. So I'm munching along and this other teacher from across the room shouts, HEY Gugs...whatcha eating? I was sitting in the corner of the room trying to be real low key. I said, "Oh, it's just a low cal, diet bar." She smiled and said, "Man I wish I had one."

I'm sooo not ready to share with my coworkers that I'm on MF. I think they are going to realize that something's up soon. The pants I wore today normally fit a little snug in the hips and thigh. Today I had to wear a belt and they felt really roomy.

Flo-we usually go to France for the Tour de France. It is always a highlight of our summer.

I thought this thread was going to be a weekly post?

I made the biscuits this morning. A little spongy, but otherwise good. I am hosting a "tasting" at my house this week, it will be interesting to see what my area leader brings to the table so to speak.

Flo-have you started exercise yet? Since we are on the same time frame I was wondering. I plan to start this week with a walking DVD I have.

I was thinking about exercising too this week. I was also thinking about the walking DVD!!! maybe HIp HOp Abs... I hope it does not slow down our progress!

Hello everyone! WI is under blizzard warnings. It's gone from 40 degrees to 16 in 2 hours and by the AM will be under zero. I love weird weather, it's fun.

Not much new here, plugging along!

Hey all *cough, sniff*
I'm sick. I'm also STARVING!! Maybe parts of me will disappear. My clothes are looser, but I'm barely showing a loss. Ahhh...that's okay. I put on a pair of pants that I haven't worn in a while. I was REALLY tired and feeling bad, so I paid very little attention. I was at school for a few hours before I realized that my pants were really short! They were almost short enough to be crop pants - but not. lol. No one said anything, but I felt like a boob!

Speaking of boobs, has anyone measured yet? I measured on the 28th (1 month). I lost 3 inches from my waist, 3 from each thigh, 2 on my abs, and 1 measly tiny inch from my chest. Harumph. I can't wait to get back into cute bras - what a great NSV!!

Everyone sounds wonderful - keep it up!

Here is the link to that recipe book. It is posted by Quirky, I believe someone who is on the original boards. It is a great resource. I took the time to print it out, three hole punch it and now I have a nice cookbook. It is in Word, so if you don't have Word you can't open it.

If people want I will save as a PDF and post it. I am on my other computer at the moment and can't open it either as I don't have Word on this computer.

Flo, I LOVE Lyon. I was there this past summer. Can't go for awhile, the cost of the Euro or the decline of the dollar is making go other places.

Sweey P: I think the recipe was very similar to the Chicken wing recipe that i posted on this site under the Lean and Green meals idea... It is delicious... really... Even my friends that are not following a diet, ask me to nake that now everytime they come over!

Somehow in the last day I have gained 2 pounds. I have done nothing to gain, except that I may have missed one of my mf meals over the last two days but not the LG. Does this make any sense? I am starting to think maybe I am hitting a plateau?

Michelle: I think you gave me the crud! I went to the doctor today because I felt so cruddy and had a temp. It's not the flu or strep, but it's some kind of bacterial infection because she gave me antibiotics. Hope we both feel better soon! I've lost several inches in my boobs, though. I'm fitting back into bras I couldn't fit into before this. I understand about the pants. The worst part for me is putting on clothes in the morning when it's dark and finding out I put on navy tights with a black outfit!

Flo: I'm so proud of you for getting back on the horse so quickly! (That's an idiomatic expression for getting back on the diet).

Jen: Sometimes it's just fluid retention and sometimes it's not going to the bathroom, but I wouldn't worry about it. It'll change soon. Some people say they see a gain like that before a big loss.

Vbevens: I couldn't get the link, either, so a PDF would be super.

SweetP: One of my regular terms of endearment is sweetpea. I call my students and my daughter sweetpea.

I have started feeling very hungry the past few days, and I am not sure why. I drank one additional shake a day for the past two days, and, oddly, I also lost a pound each day.

Is anyone else STARVING.

I have been starving also... I can't wait 3 hours between the meals like i used to... I need my food way sooner But contrary to you, i haven't lost any weight! As a matter of fact, I am still paying my taco salad and3 cookies from Sunday... I gained 1.6 pounds and i haven't loss any of the gain...

Michelle and Kim: I hope you both feel better very soon

A quick question: Did the program affect your cycle? I thought my period was supposed to start a few days ago... but nothing... I am not quite sure why... other than the obvious if i was pregnant (Which i hope not... will take a test in the morning just to be sure!)
