I STILL have not been to the grocery store and very low on meal fixings. It's in the plan for tomorrow morning so will be much easier for planning LC meals.
Excercise
At least 15 minutes of walking. Not my original plan but real life often takes over and I'll make the best of it. It is still moving and jiggling of some sort! Right?
Pamper // Reward
A new book. Due to my hectic life I haven't done much reading in years. And I miss it. So, today when I run out for salad I will pay the high price at the grocery store for some type of paperback book! (And it won't be People Magazine! lol) Any suggestions ??
My body seems to be going thru some type of change. I don't feel thinner, quite the opposite. But my daily "library" visits are more often. Of course, IF I had a TOM it would happen in the last few days, so, possibly that's it.
HOW DO YOU FEEL? I'm not going to let this puffy feeling sway me from eating OP !! I am not going to let those five chips at lunch yesterday throw away the results of every S-U-C-C-E-S-S ful OP meal!!
