Exerdise YES i did 500 cal ont the elliptical for 35 min the hit the stairmaster for 10 and 158 cals!!!

ANOTHER DAY CLOSER TO OUR GOALS !!!
MENU ~ CAD B-sausage w/mustard - 3 decaf L-Sliced cukes/purple onions D-grilled steaks and salad Water--My bladder's been telling me I'm reaching my daily goals!:^: I STILL have not been to the grocery store and very low on meal fixings. It's in the plan for tomorrow morning so will be much easier for planning LC meals. Excercise At least 15 minutes of walking. Not my original plan but real life often takes over and I'll make the best of it. It is still moving and jiggling of some sort! Right? Pamper // Reward A new book. Due to my hectic life I haven't done much reading in years. And I miss it. So, today when I run out for salad I will pay the high price at the grocery store for some type of paperback book! (And it won't be People Magazine! lol) Any suggestions ?? My body seems to be going thru some type of change. I don't feel thinner, quite the opposite. But my daily "library" visits are more often. Of course, IF I had a TOM it would happen in the last few days, so, possibly that's it. HOW DO YOU FEEL? I'm not going to let this puffy feeling sway me from eating OP !! I am not going to let those five chips at lunch yesterday throw away the results of every S-U-C-C-E-S-S ful OP meal!! |

Cathy~you are too funny! Sliced "cuke"umbers! You know, a little bit of "cukes", some sliced onions and a little sour cream! A "cuke" salad ! Told you, I'm low on LC foods! :lol:

I ahve some in my fridge and that will be lunch tomorow.
l- 1 hard boiled egg d-huge serving of chilli with cheese and sour cream. i ate 2 dishes then went to belllydancing that was a mistake!!!! I made a cake today white with strawberry filling for a pie in it i poured half of the cake mis then fillin then the rest of the cake mis I should have done the cake mix then the filling on top as the cake all went to the top and the filling to the bottom. but i was not tempted at all even with the hashbrowns for breakfast. i was trying to go lowglycemic foods i need to read up on that more. as i know that i need to take in more carbs a bit as i cam doing so much on the exercise frong i get light theded if i do nt eat enough. |
