Hi all. I am new hereI have tried Ackins 2 times, and falling off the wagon 2 times. I need to lose weight . I am tring to get back on today. I usally drink about 3 litres or nearly 100 oz of water a day. And I walk alot. My short term goal is to stick with it for 2 weeks. Thatts it for now. Bye.
You sure found the right place. Most of us here have fallen off our diets so often we have permanent butt bruises. Although we use a variety of low-carb plans, there is lots of Atkins advice and support here. Do you have the Atkins book?
A two-week goal seems like a good move. Planning meals seems to be the key.

As one of the seinor butt bruisers i welcome you to the family. we all have fallen and we all will fall at times it is the getting back on that counts. and we are here to help. i have managed to fall in to a bucket of extracrispy KFC AGAIN today. I can not seem to keep away. DUCK TAPE!!!! I am getting out the industrial strenght tape and i am going to tape my butt to the wagon!!! i have to get over this block that i have. and you will come and join us!!! find a seat i am getting the tape out!!! any body else join in. juse wear old clothes as it can get a bit messy. and the wagon is going to be a bumpy ride. so all of but bruiserss get ready for a few bumps,
