OOOOppps! Had to change the day! Sure seems like a Friday!
How's everyone doing? I've managed the last three days with OP meals--BUT--had a bite of DH's darn double chocolate doggone fudgy ice cream in the middle of the night Tuesday!!! That's okay, I'm brushed off and meals are fine! Just have to tell DH to take his danged midnight snacks to the living room from now on!
WOE//DIET ~~ CAD this week (still haven't been to the store!)
B-3 decaf----too busy doing office paperwork
L-A wonderful Mexican chicken salad that I can't pronounce--AND, not even a nibble at the chips & salsa!
2 large decaf teas
D-pork chops, okra w/tomatoes, salad
Water--so far nine 16 oz glasses & one diet Pepsi

I worked in the yard and managed to walk about 20 minutes.
