Arrow Thursday S-U-C-C-E-S-S Challenge

OOOOppps! Had to change the day! Sure seems like a Friday!

How's everyone doing? I've managed the last three days with OP meals--BUT--had a bite of DH's darn double chocolate doggone fudgy ice cream in the middle of the night Tuesday!!! That's okay, I'm brushed off and meals are fine! Just have to tell DH to take his danged midnight snacks to the living room from now on!

WOE//DIET ~~ CAD this week (still haven't been to the store!)

B-3 decaf----too busy doing office paperwork
L-A wonderful Mexican chicken salad that I can't pronounce--AND, not even a nibble at the chips & salsa!
2 large decaf teas
D-pork chops, okra w/tomatoes, salad

Water--so far nine 16 oz glasses & one diet Pepsi

Excercise

I worked in the yard and managed to walk about 20 minutes.

Pamper//Reward

A nice quiet relaxing movie with DH. Just some quiet time.

REMEMBER -- One carb meal or snack does not a failure make !!! Keep your next meal or snack OP! Don't fall off the LC wagon for the whole day! Dust it off and jump right back on!

All things considered I still have managed to stay pretty well in control at least for the past few days!!!

Janice i am dusting and dusting. i wish that i had better control over my self when i have to dribve past KFC!!! i ate there again!!! Oh dear i think it is because i know that i can not afford it any more!!!! so i am gluttening up now for it!!!

Default Protein-Protein-Protein!!!

Sue, I know that you've been doing Atkids--BUT--if lunch and KFC are a problem---why not try CAD/CALP? You must still do the protein/LC/Carb balance, BUT it seems that at dinner you're okay making the carb "sacrifices". Hang in there girl....we all have those days and it sure beats the heck out of hamburgs three times a day!

WANT THIS TEXAS BOOT TO HELP KICK YOU BACK UP ON THE LC WAGON? You can do this !!!!
