Okay Chicks, is everyone still working on their Halloween goals?
It seems like we've kind of let this drop, but I really like having a short-term goal. So c'mon, revisit your goal and let us know how you're doing!
My original goal was 15 pounds by Halloween, 3 days of exercise and to stay OP.
Hooray for me, I've lost 9 pounds and been OP through it all.
Unfortunately, I haven't exercised as much as I wanted, partly because I'm lazy, partly because my arthritis flared and my knee hurt too much. I'm okay now though, so I need to work on moving my jiggly self.
So how about you? Where will you be when the ghosts and goblins are flitting about. Let's not let this challenge stop.
