Default Success 17 September

Hi all

Hi all.

I decided to try very hard this week to stay OP, although I only snack on legal stuff like peanuts, sour cream, pork rings ect.

I did not have allot of time to prepare breakfast this morning, I boiled a few eggs and took a packet of pork rinds to the office. So far I had this to eat for the day.

B 2 boiled eggs
1 cup coffee with cream

L 2 boiled eggs
Pork rinds (snaked on them this morning)

VERY, VERY, VERY BORRING!

D planning to have a small salad
Steak

And WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER…

Will walk on the fitness flyer for 30 minuets tonight.

BUY BUY

Don't shave those legs! Let them grow and then you can corn-row them for winter. Looks sharp with those little beads! LOL!

I tried that last winter. DH said the beads "pinched" during the night. Ya know, compromising positions!

MamaJ...
Whats an OP jar?? I think I need one of those!!! What do you do with the money?
I am not doing well OP!! In fact my whole diet is awful! Lots of snacking...ham and cheese! No breakfast at all other then coffee, and I don't even like coffee!!
Question for anyone that knows of Chick-fil-a.....I grabbed the nutrition guide the other day. It said a regular sandwich, minus the bun and pickle, which would leave the chicken breast only is only 1 carb. Could this be true even though it has breading and is pressure cooked in oil??? I sure hope so....had 3 of those last week!! (No, not at the same time!!)
I need to start posting menus so I can be ashamed and do better

McMom,

I read on another low carb site that the Chick-Fil-A breading is actually chicken, not flour, so that is why the carb count is so low (the oil wouldn't really affect the carb count). I had one during my binge last week. 'Course I also had fries & split a chicken salad sandwich (love their chicken salad) with DH.

Talking Hey McMom! And others with curious minds!

OP jar! Every morning I put $1.00 in my OP jar. If I stay OP all day, the dollar stays there. At the end of 30 days (or end of the month) I can take my dollars ( hopefully $30.00 worth) I can buy something for ME! OR, I can let it build up to some larger PAMPER/REWARD for ME!!! I'm embarrassed to say that I only have $9.00 in there since we started the
S-U-C-C-E-S-S CHALLENGE. Last week was a ton of Stress eating. Each OP day leaves a dollar in the jar. If I mess up on OP meal then I take out 50 cents. I've also stolen Ruth's water plan. For each glass of water I drink, I put one penney in the jar. At the end of the day it is easy to figure out what I have REALLY consumed.

WE ARE S-U-C-C-E-S-S ful CHICKS !!!

Sue~~~sssshhhhh! I'm too old for that junk! LOL (BTW-does that count for exercise?)
