Dottie~my friend Susie has our copy which gives all the particulars of the plan so I can't give you every veggie that's a no-no but basically the Mayo plan is

Breakfast
2 eggs-2 bacon- 1/2 grapefruit or g.f. juice

Lunch
meat / fish / poultry-cooked anyway except breaded
salad - Dressing (NOT low fat)
1/2 grapefruit or g.f. juice
Eat as much as you want till full

Dinner
meat / fish / poultry - cooked anyway except breaded
Salad or any green veggies
1/2 grapefruit or g. f. juice
East as much as you want till full

Beverages
Water - Water - Water
Decaf coffee or drinks
Unsweetened non caf sodas

No flours/sugars/starchy veggies

There's a list of condiments are permitted veggies which I don't recall ALL but it is basically LC allowable.

Susie is out of town at FIL's funeral and will return tomorrow. I'll fill in any missing info them~~'kay? Wish me luck as I'm starting it on Tuesday.

J

Oh, it claims that the more you eat of the allowable foods during meals the more you will lose. Hmm, hope so. But also allows for no snacking at all.

Default OK Sue, chromium, and lots to drink

Monday:

b-2 brown & serve sausages, 1 egg
s-1/2c cottage cheese with 1/2 pear
l-cheese burger, no roll
s-cheese and celery
don't know dinner yet, but salad and something! Going to DS house, but they are dieting so it will be pretty easy.

Sue, be sure not to scrimp on portions of your allowed food! It is a good day for the BIG salad, the BIG burger, whatever... don't let yourself get hungry AT ALL! Eat a good breakfast, and be prepared with something extra to put in your mouth! Do you have something sf but sweet? Like some jello or sf choc pudding or strawberries or something else low carb?

good luck!
