Default EVERYBODY'S Thursday Menus!

Posting menu's just makes me feel so much more accountable! Like writing everything down in the little tracker that WW used to have!

b- 2 slices bacon, 1 oz cheese on 2 triscuits
s- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
l- cold baked chicken legs with red pepper slices and ranch dressing
s- peanut butter on a spoon(a favorite!)
d- either a burger or a lamb chop on the grill, Kerei's Broccoli with lemon almond butter!

s- I have been having ice pops, but am going to try to drop Nutrasweet for a few days, so just water with lemon or iced tea. Oh, maybe I'll brew some green tea- I have Jasmine, and that's good without sweetener!

NEXT?

d.

Well, DH won out on the Mexican food last night but I didn't do bad. I ended up eating one flour tortilla with chicken and instead of a second tortilla I made a "mini" fajita meat salad with some salsa and sour cream! I did NOT end up face first in the chip bag! How'd you do fighting those cookies Peach?

B-2 bacon, 1 cheese
2 decaf

L-Prob some leftover mini fajita salad

D-Pork loin
Going to try Kirei's spinach casserole-It sounds good!
carrots & a salad

And as usual gallons of water!

Smile

Made it thru the cookie callings last night!!! (that was a very big deal for me!)

My eating was better today. Lately I have been living on cheese and nuts and some chicken if I get a chance to cook it. Very little on the veggie side! (my poor kids are about to gag with what I have been slopping together for them!)

B 2 eggs 1 pc of cheese

L cucumber and tomato salad, some peanuts

D tuna and more cucumber and tomatoe salad

peach
ps:

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO INSISTS ON EATING PEACHES DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR...... I hope you are saving the pits for a nice little christmas ornament or other fancy dancey craft!

consider the following: stack them in the shape of a christmas tree, roll in glitter and attach a ribbon.

Do not roll in peanut butter and cover with bird seed...peach pits do not liked to be ..... Pecked!

I know...I need a life

Scooby...you did it just fine!

Angry OMG Peachie!!

Six more days till the boys go back to school? Uh, for the newbies that didn't experience Peach's craft projects last year....get ready girlfriends!

Peach....Pit bird feeders? Hmmm, been there done that have we?
Stacked as in the shape of a Xmas tree? Hon, are your holiday crafts getting to you? Just a suggestion, but why don't you make it easy on yourself this year.....learn how to make homemade gorgeous cards (with stencilling~~Oh my!) and put the boys name on it with a pack of gummy worms and Ruths relish????

Luv ya Peach, but I'm starting to worry.......Deb, can you help me out here?
