There is a ton of support here for any kind of food management program and, as you will find from reading the posts, a ton of support!
(OMG! They have found me. Nora has even seen pics of the metal bra and I believe has seen the chicken purse too!

I'm so happy you decided to join us! I'm currently following the WW plan but trying to keep the carbs lower. That's why I'm here. Actually, I just love the folks here and won't let them kick me out for following the WW plan.
