I will do 5 days, with a teeny-tiney goal: Sugar-free, white flour-free. I will be staying at someone's house, will have oatmeal and cottage cheese for breakfast, cold cuts and some fruit or coleslaw or salad for lunch, and chicken or seafood and salad for dinners. It's not real strict, but I'll be happy if I can avoid the Doritos and PBJ.
