But thanks, Sue for starting these up!

I will do 5 days, with a teeny-tiney goal: Sugar-free, white flour-free. I will be staying at someone's house, will have oatmeal and cottage cheese for breakfast, cold cuts and some fruit or coleslaw or salad for lunch, and chicken or seafood and salad for dinners. It's not real strict, but I'll be happy if I can avoid the Doritos and PBJ.

I am in. It is gonna be a challenge as I am going off for a "girls'" weekend where the wine will be flowing and the choclate will be passed around. BUT - I CAN DO THIS! As Kirei says on another thread, "Nobody says it would be easy."
