Ruth can I hump too????

I am exercising but the diet is not doing so well. it is the stress eating at night that is killing me. I want to lick the tub too!!! it does sound yummy!!

Swim team and boy scouts is back in full swimg and killing me!!! I need to remember to take it one day at a time and plan plan plan. if I do not do that I will have a total faiure!!!

Robin I just read your post from yesterday about the mild gain. muscle is 5 times more dence that fat so you do need to gain muscle to lose fat, (more benificial)so look at the clothes not the scale. so if you gain 1 cut pf muscle and lose 5 cups of fat you would stay even.

do not worry about the sclae bottom line. just enjoy the workouts and have fun!!! you alos probably had a significan change in your body fat % too did you do that when you started BFL???
