What Robin said plus, make lots of extra meat when you cook for your meals. For example, don't just make enough chicken for one meal. During Induction you can munch on all the meat you like. And you can even eat the crispy skin.

Don't be afraid that you will overdo the protein. Your appetite will naturally decrease as you go along and after a few weeks, you will be satisfied with much less. Make lots and lots of meatballs (without filler crumbs but you could use a few crushed pork rinds, egg, chopped mushrooms for moistness and seasonings). Freeze them in serving size portions and when you need a snack, just nuke a few and serve with different low carb dipping sauces like salsa, sour cream, mustard, soy sauce, etc. If you can find breakfast sausages that don't contain a lot of breadcrumbs, cook up extra and keep them in the fridge for an instant hunger appeaser. Otherwise, buy ground pork and make your own sausages using various seasonings. They don't have to be tube-shaped. Sausage patties are good too. Somewhere around here we have a tried and true recipe for them.
Instead of making sandwiches with bread, roll your cold cuts or tuna salad up in lettuce leaves.
You're doing great and you will survive Induction feeling a lot better than when you started. Guaranteed.
