Default Dreaming of Chinese Food - Orange Chicken ?

Well I have a recipe for you !

Here's a recipe for either Orange Chicken or Maple Chicken. I was dreaming of chinese food and though about trying this, it came out wonderful, very satisfying.

1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Maple or Orange Extract
3 Pks of Splenda
Sea Salt to taste
Boneless Chicken Breast

taste it to your liking.

Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl (mix well) .... take your ckn breast and clean of any fat or veins. Flatten them to about 1/2 " or smaller. Coat (dunk) each piece w/the oil mixture and put in a foil boat (thats just foil w/the ends turned up). Sprinke w/sea salt, to taste. Cook on the grill until done, when its got one more minute to go, take out of foil and put directly on grill for that grill browning/texture.

The next day I put the cold chicken left overs in my salad... talk about yummy !!

Enjoy

I bet it would be great with pineapple extract too or even a mixture of pineapple and coconut for that "island" flavor.

For me its so hard to stay w/the same foods day after day. Gotta be creative or my diet won't last. All I ask for is flavor
