Default Quick Question about LC shakes
Hi Ladies (and Gents)
I'll be going back to school (for my last year thank the good lord) in about a month I was wondering if you guys had any good shake ideas
which ones taste best have the least net carbs any particular flavors

Hi KO

I like the Atkins strawberry low carb shake, it has 2 net carbs.

Also, I drink the EAS Advantage Chocolate Fudge low carb shake, it has a net carb of 0.
