    Salad bar // 2 hb eggs (out to lunch w/dh)
    iced tea w/lemon and splenda

    Dinner
    Grilled Steak // large salad // (no potato!)

    Water is never a problem for me as I carry around a huge
    water bottle that I refill about 6 times a day.

    L salad with last nights chicken on top, cucumbers, tomato, cheese and Paul Newman Oil and Vinegar dressing

    S handful of nuts

    D grilled tilapia and grilled marinated veggies (zucchini, tomato, onion, yellow pepper)

    1 slice bacon (.2) - would be nice if someone mentioned leaving only one slice!!!!!

    Dinner:
    inside round marinated in japanese dressing (1)

    Total = 15.6

    Need to chug lots of water due to birthday party (youngest turned 5) nibbles yesterday...banish that cake! Almost out of ketosis (trace!)..YIKES

    Trying desperately to get to onederland! (currently 201).

    This is the plan for the day.

    Breakfast

    3 black decaf // 2 sge patties w/cheese

    Lunch

    Salad w/turkey slices // ranch dressing
    iced tea w/lemon & splenda

    Dinner

    Grilled loin chops // steamed cabbage // 1/2 c carrots // salad

    Water and plenty of it.

    I edited yesterdays plan. DH had a change in a meeting time w/a client so, we didn't make it to the crab salad lunch. At dinner I ate my large salad first, then 1/2 the steak and didn't want the potato at all! yeah!

    snack--2 oz of pepperoni (0)
    1 oz of cheese (0)

    Lunch-- EAS ADvant Low Carb Shake (2)
    (possible 0 carbs-It has 2 grms of fiber)

    snack--6 green olives (0)

    Dinner--Broccoli & Califlower 1 cup (3)
    2 small homemade hamburgers w/eggs & greenpeppers
    and seasonings (0)

    snack--2 spoons of whip cream (2)

    64 oz of water
    1 diet/caffine free soda (0)

    total carbs: 7

    Worked-out--35 min cardio; 20 min weights; 150 sit-ups

    Lunch-3 pieces of baked chicken wings
    w/butter & seasonings (0)

    snack--pack of tic tac (0)

    Dinner--MacDonalds-girlled chicken salad
    w/o curtons or carrots ranch w/bacon dressing (7)

    total carbs: 11
  • today's supper was

    1 bbq'd hamburger w/cheese and sour cream, w/ brussel sprouts
  • Today:

    B Atkin's shake and string cheese

    L grilled chicken and sauteed veggies, sour cream and salsa
    1 sopapilla. My first cheat in 29 days. Wahhhhhh!

    D Langostinos and alfredo sauce over zucchini ribbons,
    loaded cauliflower casserole, sauteed mushrooms/onions

    S string cheese

    I am really upset about the sopapilla. I should NOT have done it. I am one pound away from my 5-pound loss carb meal, so I only had to wait a couple of days. I was in a restaurant, ALONE, and was bored waiting on the check. The thing had been in front of me since I was seated, and I ignored it until then. If I didn't hate to throw up so bad, I would have jammed my finger down my throat. I KNOW that is bad talk, but don't worry about me, I've not thrown up in 20 years and I don't plan on doing it because of a momentary break in willpower!
  • Well, yesterday went as planned and it was a good day. Now today, one of my hard days but I've got a plan and I hope it works.

    1 boiled egg (.5)
    1 cup of decaf tea w/splenda (0)

    snack: pork rinds (0)

    gym: 45 minute workout

    Lunch: Tuna w/egg & mayo (.5)

    snack: Low carb shake (0)

    Dinner: crabcake sandwhich w/o the bread (7)


    Total carbs: 8

    Let's see how the day goes!

    Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese

    Lunch: 1 salmon patty, 1/2 cup egg salad (maybe on lettuce) but its easier to eat it with a spoon

    Supper: dont know yet

    Snacks: Fruit2o, some raw broccoli w/dip
  • Monday

    B eeek none, only coffee and water

    L Garlic butter prawns and basque eggs and 2 slices of tomatoe

    S 3 devilled eggs

    Tons of water as it is hot hot hot here



    Tuesday

    B coffe, water, atkins protein bar (3grms)

    L 2 beef burger patties with cheddar cheese and 2 mushrooms grilled

    S Basque eggs

    snack, handful of nuts (only 1)

    Lots of water again

    Been way to hot here to eat regular meals
