Froufy-I'm sorry to hear about your family problems. I'm dealing with a crisis right now and what is stable in my life is my relationship with God, my husband and this WOE. As long as there's life, we will have problems, so keep your chin up

, things will get better.
Well, day 4 and so far so good, even with PMS and TOM all this week. I've planned my meals everyday and it has really helped me stay focus. "Fail to plan and you plan to fail", what a true statement.
Jennifer-Thanks for the advise, I was thinking tic tacs were my life saver as far as getting rid of that sweet crazing. Today, I'm feeling pretty good about this WOE. I work a P/T job in the evenings so I'm tired in my body but not because of the low carb, just lack of rest but I'm off on Saturday so I'm looking forward to that.
