Bella, I think the reason behind processed foods are the fillers that are in them. Read your labels and see what all is in there. Don't look at just the carb count, but the actual ingredients. There might be some products like corn syrup or starch that could stall your weight loss. Most bacon is sugar cured, but I buy Gwaltney because they have a sugar free line.
