Re your Day 1:
Did you count your carbs? You can use
www.fitday.com for free. Also, where is the water?
Have you got the book? Atkins limits the amount of cheese per day to 2 or three ounces.
I think you might be able to add another salad at dinner.
I'm sure the other chicks will have comments.
