Yes, you can basically eat all the protein you want. Like Sherrie said, you won't be aching for more chicken breasts if you've already had enough! Protein keeps you full longer, and there are only so many acceptable choices of protein without added carbs. After a few days of induction, your natural appetite suppresant will kick in and you won't eat too much.
As far as induction ideas go, eggs and chicken were my top choices. Chicken salad with mayo and celery, roasted chicken, cheese, egg salad, scrambled eggs and bacon, fried cabbage, deviled eggs, fried eggs, egg quiches.
