Question Has this ever worked?

I have been stuck at 200 pounds for like EVER and I want to break out of this. I know we have a Plateau Buster's diet somewhere around here (gotta find it somewhere) and I wanna know if anyone has tried it and did it work to break through? I know I am getting smaller size wise but the numbers are stubborn and won't go down!

I dont know about that diet, but I found if I cut my fat intake in half, lower fat atkins isnt hard to do once you get into the swing of it, this was enough to give me that boost. Ive also added a bit more walking......my reg walk, and a 2nd walk later in the day, maybe 2 or 3x a week.

Good Luck to you Pooky

Hey, Pook, I think it's somewhere in the FAQ section. If not, I'm pretty sure I still have it somewhere.
