Default Which low carb plan is best for vegetarians?

Does anyone know which low carb plan offers the biggest variety of vegetarian protein sources?

I started on Atkins-then switched to Carbohydrate Addicts LP but I'm switching again,to Protein Power. Just finished the book and I think it's very vegetarian friendly! Good luck!

Yep, the Protein Power has the veggie forum, and also, Schwarzbein Principle has a vegetarian cookbook. She isn't so much low carb as she is good carb, so it may not be for you.
I had a hard time with vegetarianism and low carb. I think had I tried harder, I would have succeeded. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip, I did check out the PP Veg thread. I bookmarked it for when I have questions. Personally, I like this board better!
Have a great day!

Me too. I find that some of them there can get a bit scathing with their remarks. and not understanding how it is. We did not get this way eating healthy for all our lives!! Well enough said. I do find that if you ignore some of them it is a wonderful board, and so very informative!! Some super knowledgable people there!!
