how about asparagus? i've been putting a little olive oil on them, and then roasting them on high heat in the oven for about 10 minutes [or a bit less if they're the thin ones], and then drizzle them with balsamic vinegar.
and this is good with zucchini, too.
cole slaw? goes well with the ham.
and, of course, black bottom lemon meringue pie.. the perfect easter dessert!!!
