What's for Easter Dinner?
 

What is everyone going to have for Easter Dinner? My Mom is going to make the ham and us girls ( i have 2 sisters), are supposed to supply the rest. I need some ideas for some great low carb things to take over there. What are some things that will be on your table? Thanks for the help.:cool:

There are some great casserole ideas in the recipe section. I personally enjoy the brocolli spinach casserole!

how about asparagus? i've been putting a little olive oil on them, and then roasting them on high heat in the oven for about 10 minutes [or a bit less if they're the thin ones], and then drizzle them with balsamic vinegar.

and this is good with zucchini, too.

cole slaw? goes well with the ham.

and, of course, black bottom lemon meringue pie.. the perfect easter dessert!!!

Well....that's the weekend of the Delta Maple Syrup Festival so I am serving pancakes with maple syrup and sausages. Just line up to the right and take a tray!
