Hello all,
Here are my week 10 results.

I lost one more pound this week for a total of 13. I am now 298, which for some reason is a magic number for me. I am glad to be there. I hope to be 297 next week!

I guess 1.3 pounds per week isn't terrible. I am still averaging 5 pounds per month, so I am happy with that.

WTG Gina! Slow and steady will eventually win the race. I've figured it out ... if you continue at this rate of loss, you'll be 160 lbs at Sherries wedding.

Wow! 160! That is an alien number to me!

I must admit that I feel good going this. I am not deprived, I am not hungry, and I am not eating garbage. So, I guess it's a win-win.
