A newbie checking in...
I have read the Atkins and Protein power books. They certainly both have some great information. I'm trying to do the induction level of carbs. So far I am really amazed at how much better I have felt. I have found some wonderful information already in your posts. 
I am new to the internet and this type of forum so please be kind if I make a dumb-dumb typing or lingo mistake. There seems to be a whole new chat lingo that I'm just starting to understand.. I hope to be able to share with you and offer my own support...Be well today...
