Default Looking for WOL friends

Good Morning Ladies,
Wow, I am so glad that I stumbled on this site. I tried LC last year and did great. I lost weight and felt great. But after several months I slipped, and slipped, and well, you know the rest.....
I started it up again Janurary 6th. I work out at a Curves for Women three times a week as well. I am on a modified LC, no formal plan. I just keep my carbs down below 25-30 and drink lots of water. I have to admit, I feel great!! I sleep at night, and wake up easier, oh and the biggy............I quit smoking on the 1st of January too!!
I am just looking for a place to get advice, and support. I think I have come to the right place.
You all have a great day!!!

Default Welcome!

And congratulations on quitting smoking!! That is my next project. Did you find low carbing reduced the cravings at all? I have heard that it might...
