I am not familiar with the requirements of the atkins induction, but I know the basic principles. Congratulations on the weight you have lost so far.

Just a couple questions, sometimes artifically sweetened stuff can spike your insulin, do you notice yourself very hungry after eating any particular thing? Especially stuff that is "sweet"? If so, you should be careful around those particular things.

Also are you eating the things you are eating throughout the day? Or 3 meals? If so you might try spreading out your meals.

I eat 3 meals a day, because i don't feel hungery most of the time, i force myself to eat 3 meals a day. I don't get that hungery feeling after eating anything sweet. I don't even crave them anymore, Unless it's close to TOM but that passes rather quick. I do drink loads of water during the day & night. That might be why i'm not hungery most the time?

Drinking water is good and if you aren't hungry that is really good.

I don't mean eating more than you are, but perhaps breaking up your meals. I'm not sure if atkins recommends it, but i know quite a few diets suggest eating 5 smaller meals throughout the day. Maybe make some hard boiled eggs if you like those or have some veggies and use those as snacks throughout the day.

Hi Chuckie......your link took me to the home page for fitday. Is there something on there I should click?

Have you also been posting your food intake in the weekly food log? Ask for help there too......there a few of us that post there regularly.

I'll help if i can
