Talking Newbie here but not to low carbing
Hiya everyone,

I am new to this board but not to low carbing. My name is Liz and I live in the UK. I have been following Atkins for about 6 months now...well apart from over Xmas when I was rather naughty.........lolol.

I initially lost 21lbs and about 11 inches most of them from my waist which is great as I am apple shaped.

Well I am sure I will get to know the ways of this forum and I hope to get to know you all a little better soon.
