Hi Robin!

Are we the only ones?? I was not in work yesterday so I couldn't post. Yesterday was a "real" day of maintenance (as opposed to just allowing cheats).
Breakfast: roast beef with melted cheese
Snack: pork rinds with blue cheese dressing and hot sauce
Lunch: Dal Rajistan (indian lentils; about 12 grams carbs)
Snack: almonds, peanuts and pumpkin seeds
Dinner: 3 buffalo chicken drumsticks w/blue cheese
Snack: 2 Wasa fiber wafters (7 grams carbs each, minus 2 grams fiber= 5 grams fiber each) with Port Salut cheese
Today:
Breakfast: egg salad on Wasa fiber crisp
Lunch: Roast beef with melted cheese; sliced red and yellow peppers
Dinner: Unknown. Am going to a party so will be appetizer type stuff. I'll try to stick with the cheese and veg platters.
