Breakfast: Atkins bar
Lunch: ham, creamed cauliflower, string beans
Dinner: stuffed cabbage
Hope everyone is well! I'm going to weigh tomorrow.
3PM update: had another Atkins bar as a snack
and did 40 minutes at the gym on the Precor Machine

Trying to eat little portions and see if I can get satisfied with less than my usual HUNGRY MAN appetite demands!
