Food logs week of 12/9
Back on track after a terrible weekend. Today:
Breakfast: egg salad on pork rinds Lunch: roast beef with tomato and cheese melted on top; red and yellow pepper slices Dinner: not sure. Either a cheeseburger, or chicken salad on lettuce. Hope everyone is doing well!! |
Monday
Had too many salami slices last night, but other than that, Im doing good......here's todays plan
Breakfast-scrambled egg Lunch-coleslaw 1cup and a boiled egg(I might devil it :) ) Supper-Huge ceasar salad with lots of bacon! Have a good one Robin |

Tuesday and Wednesday food
Hi Robin! :flow2: Are we the only ones?? I was not in work yesterday so I couldn't post. Yesterday was a "real" day of maintenance (as opposed to just allowing cheats).
Breakfast: roast beef with melted cheese Snack: pork rinds with blue cheese dressing and hot sauce Lunch: Dal Rajistan (indian lentils; about 12 grams carbs) Snack: almonds, peanuts and pumpkin seeds Dinner: 3 buffalo chicken drumsticks w/blue cheese Snack: 2 Wasa fiber wafters (7 grams carbs each, minus 2 grams fiber= 5 grams fiber each) with Port Salut cheese Today: Breakfast: egg salad on Wasa fiber crisp Lunch: Roast beef with melted cheese; sliced red and yellow peppers Dinner: Unknown. Am going to a party so will be appetizer type stuff. I'll try to stick with the cheese and veg platters. |
Today went like this :)
Breaky - 1 oz co/jack cheese Lunch- 1 cup coleslaw(ive finally finished it) 1 boiled egg and 1 oz co/jack cheese Supper- ceasar salad with bacon and chicken Thats it...not very hungry today, and im starting to come down with a cold Have a good one Robin |
I feel sick
Oh boy was I bad last night. I bet everyone's sick of hearing this!! Not only did I consume carbs at the party, but I ate two large Xmas cookies and an eclair!! Drank far too much red wine and got very little sleep. Still PMSing (when will it arrive???) and I feel GROSS today. Blech!
Today: Breakfast: egg salad on wasa fiber crisp Snack: peanuts (honey roasted :?: ) Lunch: will be saintly grilled tofu and grilled zuccini Dinner: Unknown. Will decide later. Possibly Indian lentils |
The only reason I ate today, was because I thought my body needed something to help fight what ever it is I have.
so....I had a boiled egg, some pulled pork, and a handfull of green beans. Just not feeling well, or feeling like eating. (something I still cant get used to lol) Anyway, my head is better tonight, and hubby went and bought some nice roast beef from the deli. Tomorrow's breaky :) Night Ladies Robin |

I ate nice LC meals, with chocolate snacks. I'll try again starting today b-eggs and cheese and salsa l-out, some sort of salad with chicken probably d-chili jello, or sf pudding I'm off today to run some errands, and have an long weeknd to do the rest of my Christmas stuff...including some cooking lunches for the freezer for the next couple of weeks. dottie Tilly, I work in a hospital; sort of central Brooklyn. But I live in Long Island. Do you like living there? I'd love to live in the Heights or Williamsburg, but it's out of my price range these days! Do you like Brooklyn? |
I already cheated today!!
What is happening??? Woke up this am feeling more optimistic. Ate a sensible breakfast of
2 Wasa fiber crisps with port salut cheese and tomatoes One oz. mixed almonds and pumpkin seeds. This morning I did a focus group for three hours and because it was so boring and took so long I ate 4 (maybe 5??????) sugar cookies!!!! Lunch was grilled tofu, grilled zuccini, pepper slices and some peanuts. Dinner will be fake (soy protien) buffalo flavored wing things. Egads... I must get back on track soon. :^: I feel like I gained weight so I'm afraid to get on the scale. Also am bloated from PMS. Vote, please: should I wait until Aunt Flo arrives to weigh? Dottie - I live in Cobble Hill. I grew up there and moved back about 4.5 years ago. I love Brooklyn!! What hospital are you at - Maimonedes? |
today:
8 cups of water :) woo hoo 3 dexatrim diet pills 1 vitamin C pill 10 slices of bacon :( 1 package of mozarella cheese 6 eggs whites scrambled 1 pound package of imitation crab meet I am SUCH a heffer! Mmooooo!! :) hee hee I would hate to think how much I would eat WITHOUT the dexatrim *sigh* |

Hey, CC welcome to the fod logs, hope you find it as helpful as I do. Tends to keep me honest :) Here's today's food......Im doing better, I feel better! Breakfast- 2 slices of salami (need to buy groceries) Lunch- 3 slices of salami, ceasar salad Snack 2 oz cheddar cheese Supper- 1 cup broccoli and 1 cup(thereabouts) pulled pork. Had most of my water, and got my walk in today!!! Hurray!! it felt good too! Have a good evening ladies Robin |
