I tried to combo WW with low carbing. It was the downward spiral to my lowcarb weight loss. I wish I would have never tried it.
You know they call them" points " but in all reality each point represents a certain amount of calories. I know I've seen it on the WW part of this board when I snoop around

If your wondering if your getting too many calories I think you can put them into fit day and see what they come up with.
What happend to me when I tried to combine WW and low carbing was just my experience. I am sure that some people have made it work. I coundn't because it gave me too my room for error
