Okay, for breakfast I had:
1 fried egg
2 pieces of 0 carb bacon
Lunch I was rushed so I only had a Blueberry Cheesecake (yeah I wish it tasted like that) Atkins meal replacement bar and one ounce of cheese.
Dinner I am planning to have chicken with green salsa, sour cream, a few little olives, little bit of shredded cheese and some broccoli. That is my plan anyway.
You all sound like you are doing great too!
